The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) is inviting bids for the sale of under listed houses and vehicles by sealed bids at its Lilongwe Office, Mulanje House, City Centre “on as is basis” as follows:

1. RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY TITLE NO. MKOMACHI 49/29/33, HOUSE NO.1/028 MHC-HENAN GUOJI HOUSING ESTATE AREA 49, LILONGWE

The plot is developed with a dwelling house which consists of a master bedroom ensuite, three bedrooms with separate w.c, bathroom/w.c, kitchen/pantry, lounge, dining room, front and rear verandah. The total plinth area is 137.05 sq. m. The market value of the leasehold interest is in the sum of K 148,750,000($85,000) current selling price from MHC-HENAN GUOJI)
