On 24th July, 2020, the ACB took Mr. Fanuel Nkhono, Mr. Emilias Kandapo, Mr. John Kandulu, and Dr. Jean Chifundo Mathanga to Court. They were granted bail as follows:
Fanuel Nkhono
• Produced a cash bond of K1,500,000.00
• Produced two sureties to be bonded at K3,000,000.00
• Ordered to report at Blantyre ACB offices once every fortnight on Wednesdays starting from next week
• Ordered to surrender travelling documents
Emilias Kandapo
• Produced a cash bond of K1,500,000.00
• Produced two sureties to be bonded at K3,000,000.00
• Ordered to report at Blantyre ACB offices once every fortnight on Wednesdays starting from next week
• Ordered to surrender travelling documents
All correspondences to be addressed to the Director quoting our reference numbers
John Kandulu
• Produced a cash bond of K1,500,000.00
• Produced two sureties to be bonded at K3,000,000.00
• Ordered to report at Lilongwe ACB offices once every fortnight on Wednesdays starting from next week.
• Ordered to surrender travelling documents
• Ordered not to interfere with witnesses
Jean Chifundo Mathanga
• Produced a cash bond of K2,000,000.00
• Produced two sureties bonded at K4,000,000.00 non cash
• To report at Lilongwe ACB office once every fortnight on Wednesdays starting from next week.
• Ordered to surrender travelling documents
• Ordered not to interfere with witnesses
They will appear in Court on 18th August, 2020 for hearing.
