Please be informed that Mr. Gerald Viola was taken to Court today, 5th October, 2020. The court granted him bail after satisfying the following conditions:
i) Produced K500,000.00 cash bond
ii) Produced one surety bonded at K500,000.00 cash
iii) Ordered to report to ACB offices once every fortnight on Fridays
iv) Ordered to surrender travel documents to ACB (should he need to use the documents, the Court has ordered him to make an inter party application to the court)
v) Ordered not to interfere with state witnesses
The case has been adjourned to 6th November, 2020 for hearing.
