On 13th October, 2020, the High Court in Lilongwe found Mr. Uladi Mussa, Mr. David H. Kwanjana and Mr. Peter Katasya guilty of corruption charges.
On 22nd October, 2020 the High Court sentenced Uladi Mussa and David Kwanjana to sixty months and twelve months imprisonment with hard labour respectively for the offences. Peter Katasya was sentenced to twelve months and forty months and fortyeight months imprisonment with hard labour. The sentences will run concurrently.
