The Anti-Corruption Bureau would like to inform Malawians that as part of the on-going investigation process into the allegations of abuse of the former President’s Taxpayer Identification Number (TPIN), the ACB will interview the former President, Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika from 20th July, 2021. The Bureau would like to let Malawians know that this is a normal and legal process which started in 2020. The ACB hopes that this will put the record straight on the various stories circulating in the social media surrounding this matter.
The interview will be conducted while observing Covid 19 prevention guidelines.
